The Great Pumpkin Bread Recipe

I love this bread...please consider a can of cream cheese frosting to spread on each slice...yum! Cream together: 8 oz package of Philly Cream Cheese (softened) 3/4 cup butter (softened) Add in: 3 3/4 cup granulated sugar 6 eggs 1 can (29 oz) of canned pumpkin Stir in just enough to moisten: 5 1/4 cup flour 3 teaspoons Baking Soda 3/4 teaspoon Baking Powder 1 1/2 teaspoon Salt 2 teaspoon Cinnamon 3/4 teaspoon Cloves Optional: 1 1/2 cup chopped walnuts Turn into 3 loaf pans and bake at 350 degrees F for 60-70 minutes until inserted toothpick comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes in pan. Remove to rack to finish cooling. Yield: 3 loaves
