I'm trying an experiment. Slideshare wanted access to my facebook account (they even wanted permission to post as me) in order for me to download this powerpoint. Let's see what happens if I embed it to my site.

Welcome to October!

My oh my...I haven't a clue where September went, but here it is October already. Ready or not...here it is!
This dish cloth will be lovingly referred to as a Frankenstein creation...I managed to use up 4 balls of cotton yarn to make it!

Fall on the Farm

The poor son comes home from work only get to work on the farm too...it was fabulous getting to see him!
Barley harvest on the old place.
I think I heard the hubster say this field was 55 acres...so this shot is without telephoto.
A different view of Haystack Butte...our home is over the 'bench'...I'll show it in an upcoming photo.
Hubster's in the first combine and BIL is in the second one.
Home is by the green of the tree patch on the right side of the photo...BIL's combine is in the mirror...and I am riding in the combine!
We have gravel for the road! (Of course, that will mean moving the gravel too...)
