Okay, that doesn't sound like much, but then again, neither does my voice. The dratted allergies have caused a sinus infection and played with my vocal cords...causing me to become silent at 3:15 yesterday...right after explaining % of a number to 21 7th graders. I really think the students just thought I was not going to answer any more questions regarding the process...but in reality, I couldn't have if I wanted too! (Okay, I probably didn't want to answer any more questions either...but I had a good reason!)
The tests are going well. I have a student who is reading the directions to me, so we have that part down. Now I just need to make it through the day to get some meds to fix the infection!

Finished Scarf!
I am in shock and awe...I have found out I won the prize for the finished Enterlac Scarf. This made me remember I still needed to upload the finished scarf photo! So...here goes! Thank you Deb, I loved the class even though I was challenged to the point I forgot to purl...so my scarf is a garterlac instead. I love it!

It is officially 4th Quarter!
Of course, getting grades done, into the computer, completing homework, feeding the family, cleaning, whew, it is about time it is 4th quarter! I need Spring!

From Snow, to Rapids
We went from a lovely day for building snowmen, to another lovely day where the snowmen could have washed down stream. The water came through the corrals right at Mark & Elayne's home, but we were able to dam up the flow. The culverts were over flowing, as were the resevoirs. These are some of the joys of living on a slope. Town is 30 miles to the south...how long will it take for this water to arrive? I'll check when I get to work tomorrow...then I'll keep an update!
